Our Rental Flow

Renting our studio spaces and equipment is easy and convenient. You can rent any of our three spaces and/or our rental equipment online:

Podcast Studios

  • $90/hour for general bookings

  • $75/hour student rate

  • $250/hour with Production Engineer

Photo/Video Cyclorama Studio

  • $90/hour for general bookings

  • $75/hour student rate

  • $250/hour with Production Engineer

Customer's rental period includes set up and break-down. At checkout, we’ll place a $100 security deposit hold on your card, and it’ll automatically be released once you’ve wrapped up and left the studio.

CANCELLATIONS

Customer may cancel a Space reservation at any time, for any reason up to 24 hours before the Rental Period begins and receive a full refund. If a cancellation request is received less than 24 hours prior to the Rental Period start time, then no payments will be refunded.

Cinema Equipment

We rent our gear by the day. Here’s a step-by-step guide, whether you’re renting our gear for off-site shoots or using it in-house:

SELECTION

Browse our curated inventory of cameras and lighting gear online to find the equipment that best suits your project.

RESERVATION

Add the equipment to your cart and then select your dates to ensure availability.

INSURANCE HOLD

At checkout, we will place a security deposit hold of $100.00 on your credit card, which will be automatically released once you’ve returned the equipment.

PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF

Pick up and return your equipment during our business hours M-F (9 AM to 5 PM). If your shoot starts before our opening hours, you can pick up your equipment starting at 4:00 PM the day before at no extra charge.

CANCELLATIONS

Customer may cancel an order without any fees if the Customer does so before the rental pickup date. However, if the Customer cancels after the rental period has started or fails to pick up the equipment, the Customer will be charged a minimum of two (2) days Rental Fees.
